Fixes stay fixed when someone checks every week.

Every release, CMS edit, and new marketing tag can quietly undo an audit. Baclion Watch checks your site each week for accessibility regressions, slow templates, new scripts, and broken links, and sends what matters straight to your ticketing system.

Accessibility decays one release at a time

An audit and a round of fixes describe your site on the day they finish. Then the site keeps changing. A content editor pastes a table as an image. Marketing adds a pop-up that traps keyboard focus. A vendor updates its chat widget. A developer refactors the button component and drops its accessible name.

None of this is anyone's fault, and all of it is predictable. Watch catches these changes in the week they ship, while the change is fresh and the fix is small, instead of a year later when the next audit lists them alongside everything else.

It also gives you a dated record. Week by week, you can show what you monitor, what broke, and how quickly it was fixed.

What Watch checks, and how often

Watch covers up to 250 pages, chosen with you to include every template, your critical journeys, and your most-used documents.

From first scan to a steady rhythm

  1. Set the baseline

We import the findings from your audit, or run a Rapid Snapshot, so Watch knows which issues are known and which are new.

  2. Choose the pages

Together we pick the monitored pages so that every template, your critical journeys, and your key documents are covered.

  3. Connect alerts

Alerts go into the tools your team already uses, such as Jira, GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, or email, with the template, the issue, and a suggested fix.

  4. Filter the noise

An analyst reviews automated results before they reach you, so you get real regressions, not hundreds of duplicates.

  5. Report and recheck

Each month you get a short report in plain English. Each quarter, an analyst tests your critical journey by hand with assistive technology.

An annual audit alone, or an audit plus Watch

Annual audit alone

  • A detailed picture of one moment
  • Regressions surface months after they ship
  • Fixes drift as components and content change
  • No record of what happened between audits

Audit plus Watch

  • The same detail, kept current week by week
  • Regressions arrive as tickets in the sprint that shipped them
  • Shared components are watched everywhere they're used
  • A dated record of monitoring, alerts, and fixes

Every monthly report covers

  • Open accessibility issues by severity, and the trend since last month
  • New regressions, where they appeared, and the release that likely introduced them
  • Core Web Vitals at the 75th percentile for each group of templates
  • Scripts added, removed, or changed, and when they fire relative to consent
  • Certificates and domains expiring in the next 60 days
  • The few actions that matter most next month, in plain English

Questions about Baclion Watch

Does Watch replace an audit?

No. Automated scans catch only part of what a manual audit finds; in Deque's own 2021 study of its first-time audits, automated axe testing found 57% of issues by volume. Watch protects a site that has been audited and fixed, and its quarterly manual checks cover your critical journey, not every template.

What counts as a monitored page?

Any URL we scan on the schedule, including key PDFs. We choose them with you to cover every template, so a regression in a shared component shows up wherever it's used.

Who do we contact when something breaks?

Email support@baclion.com, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time. Every alert also names the template, the issue, and a suggested fix, so your team can often act without waiting for us.

Do you fix what Watch finds?

Your team can, using the fix in each alert, or we can through remediation sprints. You can also split the work: your developers fix components while we handle content and third-party issues.

Can we change the monitored pages?

Yes, at any time. Tell us when a template launches or retires and we'll update the list, keeping the history for the pages that leave it.

Tell us what your website needs to do.

Send a link and a sentence about your deadline. You will hear back from a person within one business day, usually with a short list of questions and a proposed scope.
