• It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
• It runs no analytics, advertising, session-replay, or social-media scripts, and loads no tracking pixels.
• It loads no third-party code, fonts, or images on any page. The only exception is the optional map on the contact page, described below, which loads only if you ask for it.
• It does not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising.

When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address, the topic you choose, your message, and optionally your company and website address. The website’s server sends this to our team as an email message so we can reply. It is not stored in a database on the website, added to a mailing list, or used to build a profile.

To protect the form from abuse, the server checks how quickly the form was submitted and applies short-lived rate limits. Those limits use one-way hashes of your IP address and email address; we cannot reverse them and do not keep them.

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share. We keep business correspondence for as long as we need it to respond, deliver work, and meet accounting and legal obligations, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless a contract requires otherwise.

The risk check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your score are never transmitted to us or anyone else, and they disappear when you close the page.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and requested URLs in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Contact-form messages travel through Cloudflare’s email service to our inbox, which is provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

The contact page offers a map of our office. It is not loaded automatically. If you choose “Load map”, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. You can use the plain directions link instead without loading anything from Google on our site.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to info@baclion.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of Kentucky and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws; we honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where you live.

This website is intended for businesses and public organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
