We hold this website to the standard we sell.
Baclion aims for this website to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This statement explains how we build and test it, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us about a problem.

How this site is built
- Semantic HTML with one heading structure per page, landmarks, and a skip link.
- A visible two-tone focus indicator on every interactive element, designed to stay visible in Windows contrast themes.
- Body text contrast above 7:1, and at least 4.5:1 for all other text.
- Layouts that reflow at 320 CSS pixels and support 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling for page content.
- No carousels, auto-playing media, or time limits. Animations respect your reduced-motion setting.
- Fonts chosen for legibility, including Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, designed by the Braille Institute for readers with low vision.
- Navigation and menus work without JavaScript. The two interactive tools, the home page Reader Lens and the risk check, use standard tab and form patterns.
How we test it
Before each release we run automated axe-core checks on every page at four screen widths from 320 to 1440 pixels, tab through every page to confirm a visible focus indicator on each stop, and check every page with forced colors and reduced motion emulated. We also review page structure, link purpose, and form error handling by hand. Automated tools find only part of the problems that matter, which is why the manual review is not optional.
Known limitations
- The office map on the contact page is provided by Google and loads only when you choose to load it. We can’t control its accessibility. The street address and a plain directions link are always available as text.
- Code samples in our articles are presented in scrollable blocks that can be reached with the keyboard. Long lines may require horizontal scrolling inside the block.
- Illustrations are decorative or described in alternative text. They are not used to convey information that isn’t also in the text.
