What happens after you write
A reply within one business day
We confirm we have what we need, or ask two or three questions about your platform, journeys, and deadline.
A free 30-minute scoping call
We look at the site together, agree on the sample, and talk through constraints such as logged-in areas, staging access, and release dates.
A written fixed-fee proposal
Within two business days of the call you receive a scope, a timeline, and a price. Most engagements start within two weeks of approval.
Before you reach out
Do you work outside Kentucky?
Yes. Most of our work is remote and we work with teams across the United States. We’re happy to visit in person in Kentucky, Nashville, and the Ohio Valley.
I’m an existing client. Where do I send support requests?
Email support@baclion.com or choose “Existing client support” in the form. Baclion Watch alerts go to the same team.
We received a demand letter. How fast can you start?
Usually within one business day. Choose “Demand letter technical support” in the form, or call us. We work alongside your attorney and do not provide legal advice.
What do you do with the information I send?
We use it only to answer you. The form sends your message by email to our team; it is not stored in a database, sold, or added to a mailing list. See the privacy policy.
Tell us what your website needs to do.
Send a link and a sentence about your deadline. You will hear back from a person within one business day, usually with a short list of questions and a proposed scope.
